Planning for my gatorade commercial

props, costumes, schedule, set, location, backup plan:

    The main prop that is going to be needed is the gatorade, it is the point of interest in the commercial. Some other props i'm going to need is soccer equipment like a soccer ball, soccer cones, and a soccer net. These specific props are going to be used since the commercial is going to have some physical activity taking place. For example like a small clip of a soccer drill with the cones, hydrating with the gatorade and the I will include a shooting scene. The gatorade is in the middle is going to be like show what's the main purpose like re-energizing after a workout.

    The costumes in this commercial will be supper simple, common, and basic. It's going to be basic since the generalized thing to wear is athletic clothing so I am going to put on some clothes that is made for playing sports in. Both, my shorts and shirt will be dri-fit material and I will also put soccer cleats on since that is the foot attire you wear for playing soccer. My hair will be up in a pony tail since I don't want it to get in the way. 

    On 10/23/2020 I researched the conventions of my commercial and I also made my plan. By 10/27/2020 I will have my storyboard completed which will be six boxes of quick illustrated at my best about how the commercial will look like. Between 10/28-10/30 I will write a blog on what happened during my process of filming, what I did, and things I encountered. Also, between those dates I will blog about what I did during my editing process. By 11/3/2020 I will have my commercial completely finished and edited. And then by 11/6/2020 I will answer some critical reflection questions about my gatorade commercial.

    The locations is going to be on a soccer field, since it is appropriate for the commercial I am trying to make. The setting of the footage I will be taking is going to be by a goal post since we I need it for some filming and it would make the scenes better and more sporty. The location is also going to have very good lighting since we are going to be outside and in a area where there is no shade, so it's going to be all natural lighting.

    My backup plan for this commercial would in the event that it is raining too hard or its raining and there is lighting, I will drive to another field where it isn't raining or I will just make a running scene around my neighborhood. Or in the case that the soccer field is being occupied by other people I will just drive to another soccer field that I know and record there.

Unproductive days

 This week has been an unproductive week. Well only for this class I didn't do anything. I decided not to deal with anything dealing with this class. But, I didn't do anything because I was lazy I needed to work on other things. I catched up on other classes instead throughout the week. The reason for this was because of work all my assignments have piled up. Also, I wasn't worried with not working on this class because everything is prepared. I just have to wait for the day I am going to film. Also, I got sick this week and haven't been feeling well. I did go take a covid exam and it came back negative thankfully. I am just getting the cold but, I still have to film so whether or not I am fine or not I will be filming. Tomorrow friday, I am finally going to film.                                            SCRIPT  Scene 1: Pan movement to focus on me sitting on the couch looking at my phone Medium shot is taken during that film. Delay

 So over these last couple of days I have ran into some difficulties. Some of my family members started to get sick. So now we have to wait for their covid results to come back just to make sure it isn't that. This is making me have to postpone the filming if anything as of right now. I won't postpone it for to long because I have to start filming. Coronavirus has taken a huge impact on how we socially gatter now in groups. It is better to be safe than sorry. So, if I have to take out people from my final project I will do so. My clothes hasn't arrive and if it doesn't get here by this weekend I am just going to have to wear something else. Even though the clothes I order was supper important I can style some clothes I already have to fit the look I need. My goal was to film over this weekend but, it is a holiday weekend.
